Delivery and Returns policy

 

Once an order has gone into production, cannot be cancelled or modified, therefore Offsetcards.com is not responsible for any refunds. However, you can cancel a project before going into production and you are eligible for a full refund.

After having received your order and there are fewer pieces than requested we can either reimburse you for the missing pieces by a coupon, which shall be valid for three months or proceed to reprint of your full order. Additionally, you can get a discount depending on the product you ordered and the missing pieces. Offsetcards.com is entitled to choose how to reimburse every client at its discretion.

In case that you received your order and printing errors occur (due to inefficient quality control), Offsetcards.com may, at its discretion and on a case-by-case basis, either fully reprint your order free of charge or fully refund you. However, you must supply the proper proof in any way (pictures, etc).

Furthermore, at your checkout process, if you choose to have a sample from all our cards, you can have it with a delivery fee of 8 euros. You will find a coupon enclosed with the value of 8 euros valid for three months, to use it only for one time for your future purchases.
