“Offsetcards.com” site is available and owned by Kartomania LTD (registered at Greece in 2006 with TAX ID EL-999210464), hereinafter referred to as “Offsetcards”, “Offsetcards Website”, “Website”, “we”, “our” or “us”.

These terms, including any document incorporated by reference herein, including, but not limited to the Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Terms”) apply to any person who uses the Services, accesses, refers to, views and/or downloads any information or material made available on Offsetcards for whatever purpose (from here on referred to as “User”, “Users”, “you” or “your”).

These Website Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall manage your use of our website, Offsetcards accessible at www.offsetcards.com.
These terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this Website. By using this Website, you agreed to accept the terms and conditions notified here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions.
Minors or people below 18 years old are not allowed to use this Website.

You may be asked to register the Website in order to use the services by creating your own username and password. Any username and password you may have for this Website are confidential. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.

 

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Kartomania LTD and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

 

Variation of Terms

Kartomania LTD is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

 

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provision shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

 

Website Availability

Offsetcards.com cannot guarantee the website will be available 100% of the time, because public networks, such as the internet, occasionally experience disruptions. Although the Seller strives to provide the most reliable website possible, interruptions and delays in accessing the website are unavoidable Offsetcards.com disclaims any liability for damages resulting from such problems.

 

Assignment

Kartomania LTD is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notice. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

 

Colour

While all reasonable efforts will be made to ensure colour accuracy, Offsetcards.com does not guarantee that an exact colour match will occur between your artwork, imaging, files, or previously printed materials due to inherent variations in the printing process. There is a 10% colour shift that may occur due to press calibrations in printing, and colour may shift during the course of a single press run or between separate runs. Also, we cannot guarantee colour matching a preview or sample as it appears on your monitor as we cannot compensate for individual display colour variances.

 

Ordering

You are responsible for providing us a good to print file (vector or high-quality bitmap) with bleed and crop marks. All images should be at least 300 dpi at printing size and all text outlined. All colours must be CMYK or PMS Pantone if that’s the products requirement.

You are responsible for any copyright issues regarding the files you provide us for printing.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that your order may be printed with other orders from different clients and that colour shifting may occur by this. Furthermore, there can be a quantity divergence of up to 5% in your orders.

 

Reorders

Offsetcards.com will try to ensure that reorders are as similar to the previous order as possible. However, we do not guarantee that colours, paper, and print finishing will be identical.

 

Order Cancellation

Once an order has gone into production, Offsetcards.com is not responsible for any refunds and it cannot be canceled or modified.

 

Pricing-Payment

Prices are clearly marked as being either inclusive or exclusive of VAT. VAT (24%) is added based on the final value of your order in the check-out process. You shall be responsible for any other taxes applicable in the territory to which the orders are sent.

Offsetcards.com requires a full payment prior to any orders being processed through to production. An order will not be processed, under any circumstances, before a full payment has been made using a valid credit or debit card at the time of placing an order which is accepted by us. We will not be responsible for any delay in order completion because of delay in payment.

 

Indemnification

You hereby discharge and indemnify to the fullest extent Kartomania LTD from any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms, whether intentional or not.

 

Production Time

Production time posted by Offsetcards.com is for printing, and only begins after a good to print file has been provided. You must acknowledge and agree that all listed turnaround times are estimates only and do not include shipping time. These times are calculated as business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

Unexpected failures, malfunctions, and/or technical problems with (printing) equipment may delay the printing process. If the finished product doesn’t pass our quality control, a reprint will be issued and production time starts over again.

 

Shipping

The place for delivery will be as shown at the checkout and the normal method of delivery (unless specifically agreed otherwise) shall be by regular postage.
Printed orders are to be shipped out anywhere within 7-20 business days, dependent on product, as listed on the website. Shipping dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by the shipping companies utilized by Offsetcards.com. There is no way of guaranteeing any delivery dates including rush orders. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by shipping companies, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the direct control of Offsetcards.com.

Shipping companies require a physical address and a valid phone number in order to deliver a package, as they provide a door to door service. PO Box addresses are not valid for delivery. In the event that a package is not delivered due to an error with the address provided by you, Offsetcards.com will reship the package with the correct address at your expense.

Product deliveries are subject to the corporate policies of the shipping company, and any policy put in place by those companies will apply to you. If you are not present at the provided delivery location, it is your responsibility to collect the package in accordance with the policies of the applicable shipping company. Additionally, you are responsible for tracking your package and ensuring that it is received timely.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties

This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults and Kartomania LTD expresses no representations or warranties of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.

 

Limitation of liability

Kartomania LTD does not accept any liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential business loss or damage of your business. This includes but is not limited to: any loss of data, profit, or revenue (whether direct or indirect) in relation to the purchase of any Kartomania LTD products or services. Additionally, Kartomania LTD  does not accept any liability for damages or loss to the you arising from a third party claim, a delay of delivery, as well as any damages sustained in connection with viewing, using, or the performance of the website or its contents.

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Greece, and you submit to the non-exclusive.
